Charming Stay with Cute Vibes

The evening meal was a pleasant surprise, with a cozy dining atmosphere. Enjoyed the comfy bed in our Superior Double Room.

Was an amazing base for trip. Truly enjoyed my fantastic stay for the price DreamHack Visit. The fact that Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus. All of the staff was pleasant and great and attentive to guests.

Parking availability is a nightmare!!! Street parking is limited, especially with roadworks ongoing. Room maintenance also needs attention. Outdated decor and minor leaks were noticeable .

Great and very comfortable beds - wonderful breakfast

Dinner was rather below average and promised/paid things were no longer available - and that at 7 pm.

Difficult parking situation, room a little out of date.

The Standard Double Room was really comfy, clean, and stylishly decorated. The walk-in shower was awesome, and the bathroom had floor heating-such a nice touch! Plus, there were large armchairs, made it great to relax. The only downside was the electric lighting, and there were no mini-fridges, which would have been helpful.

Having your breakfast and dinner included in your price makes life so much easier. Parking was good, we were aware there was a fee, no air conditioning but we were aware of this when we booked. Lovely dining area, good breakfast choices, dinner less so but more than enough. Staff very helpful. Love the armchair in the bedroom. Town was walkable from here.

Had trouble finding the entrance, walked right round the building looking for it - needs a sign on the street level.

That I got to the hotel at 10 pm and left early in the morning ! This is not 4 star hotel and for 3 star too worn out. I do not understand in what universe, the rating of this hotel is 8,5! Is it visited only by people who have never been to any other hotel?

Have you ever visited the Soviet Union motels? There was bathrooms like in this hotel! And toilet paper too! There were spider nets on the windows! Actually 3! I'm not kidding, the spiders were large like two-euro coins. Corridor carpet was full of dog hair bundles. Airconditioner rumbled badly, but it did not cool room at all, and in the room was not even a switch to turn it off. There was no safe locker in room. Room price includes dinner, but the dining room was closed at 9 pm. It was actually a good thing because the breakfast was not the greatest.

This place fits me perfectly with great amenities like fast wi-fi, a fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. I remember the staff helped me with printing during my first stay. I recommend trying the good buffet. I'm coming back for a weekend.

Very interesting to stay in a hotel with a history. We loved the central lobby with glass roof. So practical for a late arriver to have evening meal at the hotel - included in the price!

The beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel is very centrally located in Joenkoeping, within easy walking distance to many restaurants etc. The dining hall is like a massive conservatory, very airy and pleasant. The complimentary dinner is a nice touch.

I did not like the fact that the windows in the room could not be opened at all to let in some fresh air. In addition there was no air conditioning and therefore the room could get a bit stuffy. It was a shame that no hot vegetarian dinner alternative was on offer.
